The film “Bette Fredricks: A Life Lived” is a mockumentary following the life of has-been-who-never-was actress Bette Fredricks. Because Bette was a fictional character, director Lynn Oprie asked me to create fake publicity and documentary photos showing Bette as a young ingénue of the 40s, alcoholic TV kiddie show hostess of the 50s, on the comeback trail and her eventual unfortunate but hysterical decline into Swedish pregnancy films in the 60s. |
